History:
Ducon Construction Chemicals Industries Ltd. is a Bangladesh based construction chemical manufacturer company. Its main goal is to produce various types of concrete admixtures, concrete waterproofing, floor coatings and many more types of quality construction chemicals. It is also known as Ducon for short about us.
Ducon is a sister concern of the S3N Group. Other sister concerns of S3N Group are Fountech, Elite Crete Bangladesh, Bangladesh Swimming Pool etc.
In 2006, Fountech became the first and only construction chemical contractor in Bangladesh. After BASF first came to Bangladesh in 2010, it signed the first channel partner agreement with Fountech. Then trading starts from contracting. Fountech continues to meet the demand of the country by importing chemicals from abroad. With the need to expand about us the business over time, the organization called Elite Crete Bangladesh was started in 2013 and Bangladesh Swimming Pool in 2016. Since the demand for construction chemicals in the country has been increasing manifold, in 2019, Ducon Construction Chemicals Industries Ltd. was established as a homegrown company in collaboration with German Formulation, Technology and R&D of Malaysia. The company is currently ISO certified by the Australian company TÜV SÜD.
Ducon has experienced engineers, its own well-organized chemical and concrete lab, state-of-the-art research development that has been providing environmentally friendly construction chemicals with utmost efficiency as per the demand of the country. These chemicals have been tested and accredited by approved organizations including BUET, BCSIR.

Polyurethane (PU) and epoxy floor coatings: these comprise self-leveling epoxy floor paint and robust PU floor paint.
Admixtures for concrete: sodium ligno (SNF) and polycarboxylic ether (PCE)
Concrete waterproofing: includes bituminous membranes for waterproofing, polyurethane base waterproofing, acrylic waterproofing, and cementitious waterproofing.
